Who We Are
At Spangler Cremation Service, we’re not a huge corporation out to make money; we’re a family-owned and -operated crematory. So, no matter what time you call, someone on our staff will be there to pick up the phone and answer your questions. When you call, you become part of the Spangler family.
For over 30 years, Jack Spangler has worked in the funeral business. During that time, he noticed an increase in the cremation rate. Unfortunately, in many cases, it was still a long drawn-out process that was expensive and frustrating. That’s why Jack decided to create Spangler Cremation Service. He recognized that there was a need for a very basic cremation service that was easier on the loved ones left behind. Not everyone can afford or wants to deal with the expensive costs associated with a traditional funeral.
We make things simple, easy and affordable. Our goal is to take as much worry and concern off of your shoulders as we can and to assist you through every step of the process. From filing the necessary paperwork and death certificates to helping you pick out the right cremation urn, our staff will be there. To learn more about the direct cremation process or the cost of cremation, we invite you and your family to contact us today.
With a caring and compassionate staff, Spangler Cremation Service promises only the highest-quality cremation services at a reasonable price. While our direct cremation facility is located in Lakeland, FL, our team is proud to serve families across Bartow, Winter Haven, Plant City, Auburndale, Lake Wales, Haines City, and Davenport, FL.
Call us today to talk to Jack or one of his amazing staff members. We’re here because we care!
